Q.1: What is BoudhMart?
Boudhmart is an intellectual property marketplace where we facilitate the buying, selling and licensing of Intellectual Property Assets such as Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents and Designs.
Q.2: How does Boudhmart work?
Sellers list their Intellectual Property for sale on the website and Buyers can browse through the same. The Buyer makes the payment and the payment is held by us. Once all the sale documentation is complete, the payment is released to the seller.
Q.3: Does Boudhmart verify the listings?
Yes whenever any Seller requests a listing to be done on our website, we ask for all the relevant documentation while sign up. We also attempt to verify the listings and only if a particular listing is completely verified, it goes LIVE. However, we also recommend that our buyers also conduct their due diligence in any transactions.
Q.4: What happens to the payments?
Once the payment is done by the buyer, the payment is held by us till all the documentation is complete. Once both the parties have completed the documentation, the payment is released to the seller.
Q.5: How is the documentation done? Do I need to physically sign the documents?
The documentation is done digitally. You will be required to upload the relevant documents on our website or send through email. The signatures are all done digitally through Aadhar OTP. Physical presence is not required at all.
Q.6: Do I need to have my IP registered before listing it?
Yes.
Q.7: What happens if either party doesn't complete the documentation?
If the Seller doesn't complete the documentation or signatures, the amount will be refunded to the Buyer (excluding payment gateway charges)

Q.8: How will I get a copy of the Assignment Deed?
The Assignment Deed will be digitally signed by both the parties and you will be receiving the complete assignment deed in digital format. It is accepted by the Registrar of Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs as well as all the Courts.
